Under what authorization can we process your data

Processing in order to create a range of services, concluding and fulfilling contractual obligations. We obtain personal data directly from you, for example by e-mail or by filling in the contact or order form (or via chat) on our website. According to the Regulation, the legal basis for processing is Article No 6, paragraph 1, letter f), the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

Processing for the purpose of sending business messages (offers, newsletters, etc.) to data subjects who are not our clients The legal basis for processing according to the Regulation is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) consent of the data subject.

In the case of cookies (for more details, see the section on Information about cookies), we may only work with the so-called necessary cookies without your consent; we also process them on the basis of a legitimate interest. We may only process analytical and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent, which you will give us by clicking on the appropriate button in the cookie bar in the footer of the page.

How long we will process your data (data retention)

The administrator processes your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the specified purpose and only for the time necessary to achieve it, but no longer than for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations and in accordance with them.

We will therefore process your data for the duration of the cooperation or business relationship, and for a maximum of 10 years after its termination, unless other regulations stipulate an even longer period (does not apply to cookies). Processing of personal data provided during communication in Smartsupp chat

For the purpose of speeding up communication, we use online chat from Smartsupp on the website www.skvelymarketing.cz.

What kind of personal data is processed by Smartsupp?

Smartsupp allows you to collect visitors' names, email addresses and phone numbers using pre-chat and offline forms.

In addition, Smartsupp can collect various technical information such as IP addresses (can be turned off in the settings), pages viewed, type of device used, browser type, screen resolution and more.

In addition, visitors can send additional personal information directly within the chat conversation itself.

How does Smartsupp secure personal data?

Smartsupp protects personal information with the latest industry standards and security measures. It uses SSL/TLS encryption and everything runs on the secure HTTPS protocol. Details on data security can be found in Annex 2 of the DPA (Personal Data Processing Agreement).

How do we use cookies?

When using Smartsupp services and products, temporary files, so-called "cookies", may be stored, which may contain data to identify the visitor. No personal data is stored in cookies.
